Engaging SCAN TECH SURVEYS PTY. LTD. (ABN: 48 658 273 244) as the contractor to provide professional Surveying and 3D Laser Scanning services is subject to the following terms and conditions.

These terms must be read and understood in conjunction with any proposals and contracts awarded to SCAN TECH SURVEYS

I/We, as authorized representatives of a legal entity, confirm agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in the provided quote. I/We acknowledge responsibility for any unpaid account balances owed to SCAN TECH SURVEYS Pty Ltd for completed work.

Payments must be made via bank transfer to the designated SCAN TECH SURVEYS bank account or by credit card. A 2.5% surcharge will apply to all credit card payments. Invoices will be issued upon job completion and delivery of the agreed-upon scope of work as outlined in the original quote. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless alternate terms have been mutually agreed upon with the client.

The client is responsible for ensuring site access for the SCAN TECH SURVEYS crew. Any delays or failure to provide access at the agreed time and date of fieldwork may result in cost variations.

The captured raw data and deliverables will be archived for three years following the project's completion. However, SCAN TECH SURVEYS will not be responsible or liable for any data loss once the raw data and outputs have been delivered to the stakeholders and end users.

The data generated by SCAN TECH SURVEYS will be owned by the client, and all correspondences, including geospatial information, will remain confidential.

However, SCAN TECH SURVEYS reserves the right to use snapshots of the project on their website for showcase and advertisement purposes. These will be shared without disclosing the source, location, or nature of the project.
